Frequently asked questions
Everything you asked us
If your question isn't here, call us — someone who knows the equipment will pick up.
What types of products do you sell?
We offer shipping containers, refrigerated and insulated containers, horse trailers, utility and dump trailers, enclosed and livestock trailers, propane and NH3 tanks, and transport refrigeration units and gensets. Our inventory includes new, refurbished and reclaimed equipment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 7–12 business days after payment is confirmed. Timelines can vary with product availability, delivery location and freight scheduling. If additional coordination is needed, our team contacts you before shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $540 for standard freight delivery within the United States, regardless of unit size. Deliveries are made by freight carrier to locations accessible to large trucks.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in the same condition as received and has not been modified, damaged or misused. Approved returns cost you nothing in return freight, and refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection.
Are your products inspected for quality?
Every unit is inspected for integrity, safety and function before it ships. As an ISO-certified manufacturer we follow established quality control processes from production through final inspection.
How can I make a payment?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and trusted third-party processors. Orders are confirmed once payment clears, and you receive written confirmation with delivery details.
What condition will my equipment arrive in?
Each listing states whether the unit is new, refurbished or reclaimed. Refurbished and reclaimed equipment is restored to working condition and may show cosmetic wear consistent with its age. See our Product Conditions page for how we grade each category.
Do I need special equipment to receive delivery?
It depends on the product. Some units are delivered on a tilt-bed and roll off directly; others require a forklift or crane. We confirm offloading requirements with you before shipment so nothing is a surprise on delivery day.
